Travel has opened between Victoria and New South Wales on the back of declining numbers and high vaccination rates. While vaccinated NSW residents could already travel to Victoria without isolating, new changes to the border means that unvaccinated NSW residents can also travel. Despite the new allocations, people will still need to obtain a permit stating they are not COVID positive.
