The WA government has accepted all 30 recommendations from an independent report into the death of Aishwarya Aswath at Perth Children's Hospital. The seven-year-old died from sepsis in April, after she waited around two hours to be treated. The review found significant issues in the girl's treatment. The government says it will immediately act on the recommendations.
