A man living in Baripada city’s Deulasahi locality received the shock of his life, when he spotted a venomous snake, called the ‘Russell’s viper’ lounging on his bed under the blanket. Later, the man immediately contacted the snake helpline members, who reached the spot and rescued the reptile. Upon examination, the snake was discovered to be a 6-feet-long adult Russell’s viper.
