In the affidavit submitted in the Supreme Court, the Delhi government said that it is ready to impose a complete lockdown due to pollution. On behalf of the Center, the Solicitor General said that only 10 percent of pollution is caused by stubble and the effect of pollution from the road is more. So the court reprimanded the governments.
