Many of you across Kent may've enjoyed an extra hour in bed with the clocks going back, but health experts say it could be damaging to your health and causes more car crashes.

Analysis by IAM Roadsmart estimates there could be an extra 10,000 incidents across the country in the fortnight immediately after the end of British Summer time.
