The head of Kent Police says he's been left shocked after people ignoring government guidelines have been caught sunbathing and meeting up in cars during the lockdown.

Although the force has only handed out six fines, the chief constable has told KMTV they won't shy away from cracking down on those who flout the rules this Easter weekend.
