An exclusive KMTV report has detailed how South East Coast Ambulance service took seven hours to get to the home of a man who died in Medway.

Ambulance crews were called after Shaun's Wright's housemates didn't get a response when they knocked at his bedroom door at a halfway house in Dale Street.
