Layers of toxic foam reappeared on the surface of Yamuna River as locals continue to express their dissatisfaction over the approach of the government. Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal last week announced that the state government has chalked out a 6-point action plan to clean the Yamuna River to bathing level by February 2025.
