The formation of tropical cyclones in the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) until the weekend is less likely. However, the possible development of low pressure area (LPA) remains due to the currently-prevailing Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), said PAGASA on Thursday, Nov. 25.
