Education Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Radzi Jidin told the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Nov 30) that the resumption of face-to-face learning on Oct 3 has seen all 10,060 primary and secondary schools in operation with the attendance of more than 86% of students.
