The Supreme Court today gave the Delhi state and central government an ultimatum, directing them to act within 24 hours on the pollution woes in the city. As the air pollution level plummets, Chief Justice NV Ramana said during the hearing: We feel that nothing is happening and the pollution keeps increasing... only time is being wasted."
