Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamad told the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (Dec 9) that the government has not decided whether to resume the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) project given that discussion is still in its early stages.
