India's first CDS Bipin Rawat is no more. There is an atmosphere of sorrow in the country due to such sad news coming about India's first CDS. Army helicopter crashed in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. Apart from (CDS) Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat has also died in the accident.
