With the change in weather, the cold has started wreaking havoc. The effect of snowfall in the hilly areas intensified in many states including Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan and UP. The lowest temperature of the season was recorded in Delhi on Sunday. In the morning, the mercury was recorded at 6.4 degrees Celsius, being 2 degrees below normal. With this, the record of the last seven years was also broken. In the last seven years, December was the lowest temperature at this time.

मौसम का मिजाज बदलने से ठंड ने अपना कहर बरपाना शुरू कर दिया है। पहाड़ी इलाकों में बर्फबारी (snowfall) का असर दिल्ली-एनसीआर (Delhi-NCR), राजस्थान (Rajasthan) और यूपी (UP) सहित कई राज्यों में सर्दी तेज हो गई। दिल्ली में रविवार को मौसम का सबसे न्यूनतम तापमान दर्ज किया गया. सुबह के समय पारा सामान्य से 2 डिग्री कम रहते हुए 6.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस रिकॉर्ड किया गया. इसी के साथ बीते सात साल का रिकॉर्ड भी टूट गया। बीते सात साल में सबसे दिसंबर में इस समय का सबसे कम तापमान रहा।
