That's the message from residents in Rainham, as they're celebrating the news that plans for more than a thousand homes have been rejected by Medway Council.

Campaigners in Pump Lane have been trying to make this decision happen for three years.

However some argue that housing still needs to be built in the area, and worry with the current local plan, developers could submit a new application.
