Bikers snatch woman's phone, drag her on road

In Delhi's Shalimar Bagh, a couple of men on a bike allegedly snatched a woman's mobile phone before dragging her on the road for 150 metres. She was rescued by bystanders. A video of the incident has gone viral on the Internet.
