Following Delhi Disaster Management Authority’s (DDMA) decision to run buses and metro rail at 50 per cent capacity, commuters from all over the Union Territory faced difficulties on December 30.  After witnessing major spike in Covid cases, Delhi Government on December 28 declared a ‘yellow alert' under which schools, colleges, cinemas and gyms will remain closed and public transport will run with 50 per cent capacity.
