An Arizona woman upset after her mother was left sitting in her wheelchair waiting in the jetway after arriving on a flight at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Delta Air Lines has since issued a statement and apologized for the situation. Delta said it would also work with local leadership to investigate the situation.
