This is the moment a two-year-old finally rung the bell to signify the end of chemo in the comfort of his father's arms.

Noah Eyo, two, was tragically diagnosed with hepatoblastoma, a form of liver cancer, in February this year and has since endured countless rounds of grueling chemotherapy.

Tragically, Noah's cancer spread from his liver to his lungs leaving him in need of two lung surgeries and a liver transplant.

But, since his successful transplant on August 5, he has been finally on the mend, and last month he visited the hospital for his last round of chemo.

Now, after completing his treatment, Noah is finally cancer free and can start to focus on enjoying his childhood again.

In the video Noah is being cradled in his father's arm as he reaches out for the bell and swings it side to side.

His father, David Eyo, 30, can be seen supporting his brave little boy, as mum Nikki Eyo, 30, emotionally watches on.

Nikki, from Los Angeles, California said: "Noah is doing great, all the scans are showing no signs of cancer at this time.

"He's getting to enjoy being a toddler again which is so heartwarming to see as this whole thing has been so hard on him.

"It's been such a difficult journey to get to this point, but Noah couldn't have been any braver - we are just so proud of him.

"Whilst all this was going on I also gave birth to a healthy baby boy and we named him Isaiah.

"We can't wait to live the rest of our lives as one healthy, happy family."

The video was filmed on November 18.
