Dr. K. Laxman said that it was the duty of the BJP to end the dictatorial rule of Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao in Telangana. Dr K Laxman clarified that the arrest of BJP state president Bandi Sanjay was being taken seriously and that there would be constitutional action against the CM.
