Hours after he confirmed an alliance between his party and the Samajwadi Party (SP) for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election, Bhim Army chief Chandra Shekhar Aazad on Saturday said his party is not going to be a part of the SP-led alliance.

Speaking to India Today, Chandra Shekhar Aazad said he had been trying to talk to Akhilesh Yadav for nearly two months but the SP leader did not respond. "When we did not receive any response yesterday, our faith broke," he said.
