An underwater volcano has erupted near Tonga Tweep, after which a plume of smoke has been seen rising in the sky up to 20 kilometers away. A tsunami warning was issued and people were advised to stay away from the beaches. Sumani waves are also now coming inside the island, after which people have been asked to stay inside their homes.



टोंगा ट्वीप के पास पानी के अंदर ज्वालामुखी का विस्फोट हुआ है, जिसके बाद आसमान में करीब 20 किलोमीट दूर तक धुएं का गुबार उठता देखा गया है. सुनामी की चेतावनी जारी की गई थी और लोगों को समुद्री तटो से दूर रहने की सलाह दी गई थी. सुमानी की लहरें भी अब द्वीप के अंदर आ रही हैं, जिसके बाद लोगों को अपनी घरों के अंदर ही रहने के लिए कहा गया है.
