Supreme Court has issued its decision stating the reasons for allowing admission from OBC and EWS quota in NEET-PG and UG counseling. The Supreme Court has said that 27% OBC reservation in NEET PG and UG All India Quota (AIQ) constitutionally valid. Articles 15(4) and 15(5) give fundamental equality to every citizen.

Supreme Court ने NEET-PG और UG काउंसलिंग में OBC और EWS कोटे से दाखिले की अनुमति देने के कारण बताते हुए अपना फैसला जारी किया है.Supreme Court ने कहा है कि नीट PG और UG All India Quota (AIQ) में 27% OBC आरक्षण संवैधानिक रूप से मान्य है. अनुच्छेद 15(4) और 15(5) हर देशवासी को मौलिक समानता देते हैं.
