Farah Naeem, Congress candidate from Shekhupur Assembly seat in Badaun district on Thursday resigned from the party over the indecent remarks made by party's district president Onkar Singh. This comes as a huge embarrassment for the Congress party weeks ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls.
