Strong tremors were felt in Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi-NCR, and other areas after an earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale hit Afghanistan on Saturday morning, as per the National Center for Seismology. The earthquake took place at around 9:46 am and was located at the depth of 181 kilometers beneath the surface of the earth.
