The judge in Prince Andrew's civil dispute with Virginia Giuffre has officially requested assistance from British and Australian legal authorities in obtaining testimony from potential witnesses outside the US.  Ms Giuffre accuses Andrew of sexually assaulting her on three occasions – allegations he strongly denies. Judge Lewis Kaplan's action stems from her legal team’s request to obtain testimony from Andrew’s former equerry, Robert Olney.
