The Supreme Court has ordered the reinstatement of the former woman judge of Madhya Pradesh. She is the same woman judge who in 2014 accused the then High Court judge of harassment and resigned from her post. .The Supreme Court, while reinstating the woman judge, said that her resignation cannot be voluntary.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने मध्य प्रदेश (Madhya Pradesh) की पूर्व महिला जज को फिर से बहाल करने का आदेश दिया है. ये वो ही महिला जज हैं जिन्‍होंने 2014 में तत्कालीन उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश पर यौन उत्पीड़न का आरोप लगाया था और अपने पद से इस्‍तीफा दे दिया था।सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महिला जज को पद पर बहाल करते हुए कहा-उनका इस्तीफा स्वैच्छिक नहीं हो सकता है.
