The Bhubaneswar centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast rainfall in the next 24 hours. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are expected over a few places in districts of Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Gajapati, Ganjam, Cuttack and Dhenkanal.
