Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on February 28 while addressing the newly elected local body representatives of the urban local body election in Chennai, said that the Congress party is partners with the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party. “We have to build strong Congress in Tamil Nadu. We're partners with DMK,” the Congress leader said.
