On 17 February, 13 people lost their lives after falling into a well at a wedding in UP's Kushinagar village. The villagers claim that some of those people could have been saved if a hospital had been there in the village. They also claimed that healthcare and ambulance services were negligent. In this election, the villagers will not cast votes if their demand for a primary healthcare facility is not met.
