There's an unfolding flood emergency throughout Greater Sydney this morning with around half a million people across the state either being warned or having been ordered to leave their homes. The Hawkesbury, Georges and Nepean rivers are rising rapidly and residents of suburbs in Sydney's south-west and north-west have been told to leave.
