Malaysia is in need of more blood donors as elective medical procedures resume at healthcare facilities nationwide and the number of traffic accidents increase now that there are more vehicles on the road under the conditional movement control order (CMCO).

Meanwhile, PKR president Anwar Ibrahim explained his absence during a press conference attended by former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad as well as Pakatan Harapan and Warisan leaders.

"The answer is simple - It wasn't a Harapan press conference," he told a live session on Facebook today.
