Election night in the US has turned into the morning after. Even as millions of postal ballots have yet to be counted, Donald Trump has already claimed victory in the US presidential race. He went on to allege "major fraud on the American people" - without providing evidence - and added that he was going to the Supreme Court to demand that “all voting stop”.
