Karnataka Energy Minister, V Sunil Kumar, in a statement on Thursday revealed that due to negligence in addressing the complaint, a transformer blast took place near the Manganahalli bridge in Bengaluru. The blast claimed the lives of a man Shivraj and his daughter, Chaitanya.
