In the meeting with Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov on Friday morning, S Jaishankar said the talks were happening “in a difficult international environment”. Jaishankar, referring to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, said India is in favour of resolving differences and disputes through dialogue and diplomacy.
