Centenarian Marion Anderton celebrates her 100th birthday with family, residents and staff at Lakeside nursing and residential care home, Standish, surrounded by birthday cards, after the care home had an appeal to get 100 cards for her birthday - she received 215 cards in total, including a telegram from The Queen.
