A raid has been conducted on the meat factory of Bahujan Samaj Party leader and former minister Haji Yakub Qureshi in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Superintendent of Police Meerut Keshav Mishra said that this action was taken after complaining about the continuation of processing and packaging after the expiry of the license of the factory. A huge consignment of meat has been found in the factory and officials are checking its weight and other legal status.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मेरठ में बहुजन समाज पार्टी के नेता और पूर्व मंत्री हाजी याकूब कुरैशी की मीट फैक्ट्री पर छापा पड़ा है. पुलिस अधीक्षक मेरठ केशव मिश्रा ने बताया कि फैक्ट्री का लाइसेंस एक्सपायर होने के बाद प्रॉसेसिंग और पैकेजिंग जारी रहने की शिकायत के बाद ये कार्रवाई की गई. फैक्ट्री में मीट का बड़ा कंसाइनमेंट मिला है और अधिकारी उसके वजन और अन्य कानूनी स्थिति की जांच कर रहे हैं.
