Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Roger G. Mercado and Undersecretary and Build Build Build Chief Implementer Emil K. Sadain conducted a final inspection on Monday (April 4, 2022), of the Binondo - Intramuros Bridge Project, a day before its inauguration.

President Rodrigo Duterte will inaugurate the bridge on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

Also present during the project inspection are DPWH Unified Project Management Office (UPMO) Project Directors Benjamin A. Bautista, Ramon A. Arriola III, Sharif Madsmo H. Hasim, Rodrigo I. Delos Reyes, and Johnson V. Domingo.

The Binondo - Intramuros Bridge Project is a much anticipated new bridge over Pasig River with an attractive arch design that will become a new iconic landscape in Manila. The bridge is anticipated to cater to over 30,000 motorists daily and will improve traffic conditions in Metro Manila. (MB Video by Ali Vicoy)
