The lawsuit was filed on March 28 in the Southern District of Florida.
The plaintiffs are reportedly seeking
monetary damages for anyone who's
been "deceived" by Burger King.
According to the lawsuit, the fast-food chain began to "materially overstate the size of its burgers" in 2017.
The suit further claims that the "recipe or the amount of beef or ingredients contained in Burger King's Whopper has never changed" despite images of the product getting bigger.

In addition to the Whopper, the lawsuit names other items,
such as the Impossible Burger, Big King and Bacon Double Cheeseburger as being exaggerated in size. .
The plaintiffs want Burger King to either change its ad practices or stop selling "overstated menu items.".
Finally, the lawsuit alleges that the matter is , "especially concerning now that inflation, food and meat prices are very high and many consumers, especially lower income consumers, are struggling financially.".
