: "Homeowner had a contractor over to retile bathroom. While trying to move the van into the garage, the driver accidentally hit the gas and brake at the same time causing his van to roll down the yard, take out a few small trees, destroy a retaining wall, send trash cans flying, and then stops within 2 inches of destroying the other neighbor's garage."
