External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar, in response to US understanding of both China and IndiaтАЩs stand on Russia-Ukraine conflict, said that Americans distinguish between India and China. He added both India and China still agree that a way out of the Russia-Ukraine crisis was through dialogue and cessation of hostilities.
