Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana said 23 people have been arrested so far in connection with the violence that broke out in the national capital's Jahangirpuri area last week. Rakesh Asthana told Aajtak that permission for carrying out the procession on Hanuman Janmotsav Yatra was not taken for one among the three. The violence was sparked by a minor argument between the two groups and that police are still examining CCTV footage to identify those involved. Watch this episode of Shatak Aajtak.
