Miller was asked to leave the get-together,

which ended up hitting
a 26-year-old woman in
the head and leaving a cut. .
Miller was located during a traffic stop in Kea'au and arrested at around 1:30 a.m.
He was released at 4:05 a.m., but the investigation is still active.
