MP Navneet Rana and her husband Ravi Rana have moved the Bombay High Court seeking the quashing of the FIR registered against them over their threats to recite the Hanuman Chalisa outside Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's private residence. The plea filed through advocate Rizwan Merchant stated that the FIR is an "abuse of process of law and the same deserved to be quashed and set aside in the interest of justice."
