On April 30, the world will witness the first partial solar eclipse of the year. As per the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), during the partial solar eclipse 64 per cent of the sun's disk will be blocked by the Moon as observed from Earth. Solar Eclipse or Surya Grahan is coinciding with what is known as the Black Moon. Chile, Argentina, most of Uruguay, western Paraguay, southwestern Bolivia, southeastern Peru, and a small area of southwestern Brazil will witness the first partial solar eclipse of the year.
