Airy, fluffy and soft pancakes that will make your day. The secret to make these japanese souffle pancake is to separate the eggs into two different mixtures. The whites are whipped up with sugar into a glossy thick meringue, then add to the yolk mixture. It is the same method we’re using in making souffle.
These easy souffle pancakes only need 5 ingredients. I like to add them with berries and maple syrup, you can also add your fav jam or whipped cream.
To make this souffle pancake, you’ll need :
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp sugar
40 ml milk
4 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
