On May 7, IndiGo airlines refused to allow a child with disability to board a flight with his family at the Ranchi airport. The airlines faced flak from the passengers. As reported by NDTV, IndiGO airlines in a statement said the child posed a threat to other passengers' safety. Union Minister for Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia said, “There is zero tolerance towards such behaviour.” The minister tweeted, “Investigating the matter by myself, post which appropriate action will be taken.” Watch the video to know more.
