These peregrine falcons and chicks have posed for a rare 'family photo' at their nest at top of a 160-foot church tower. The parents gathered with their two newly-hatched young who were born this month. A camera embedded in their nest in Cromer, Norfolk, caught the family posing up for a rare picture with both mum and dad present. The camera, which is live-streamed on YouTube, has also captured both chicks' births and the mother feeding her young. Local bird lover Chris Skipper, who set up the camera, said: "The male arrived in 2018 and a female came in 2019. "It's good to see the new chicks. "They laid three eggs but the third never hatched and it won't now. "Last year they didn't have any young. They laid one egg but it broke. "There are only around four or five peregrine nests in Norfolk." Chris is part of an eight-person team behind the Cromer Peregrine Project, which monitors peregrines nesting in the seaside town's church tower. A live stream at the nest has been watched by thousands of people this year. Chris said: "Since the stream started we've had 400,000 views on it - it's crazy." The peregrine falcon is the world's fastest bird as it can dive at speeds of up to 200mph.
