National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds says he turned down a bribe of a watch valued at US 70,000 dollars while he served as the Minister of Works and Transport .

The Minister made the disclosure to support his statement that criminal gangs in this country and the region will buy whoever they can buy, as he asserted that integrity is key to defeating those gangs.
