The tourism and hospitality stakeholders in the coastal region want the state to release Sh1.9 billion meant for the completion of phase 1 of the multi-billion Ronald Ngala Utalii College in Kilifi County. Phase 1 of the project, which started in 2010, has taken about 12 years.
